Green Summit is called in Chinese Tian Mu Qing Ding, which means "Green Summit of the Tian Mu Mountains". The tea bushes grow in the high Tian Mu mountains, in the Zhejiang province of China. At this height, the tea bushes grow more slowly and develop more flavor. Only the upper buds with one, and a maximum of two leaves are carefully picked by hand, so the young buds and leaves remain undamaged. The result is a grand cru tea with dark green, needle-shaped leaves.
